Raw Food in 2014


I am so glad to be back to raw food.  I do so much better when eating mostly raw / live foods (uncooked past 115 degrees farenheit).

Decided to make a raw meal for my anniversary dinner, as I am intent on not continuing to associate special days with cook de-natured food.

Tonight's memory will be made with raw pad thai kelp noodles; green beens; raw tacos; pecan tart.

Super excited.

2014: The Harvest (in AFIYA'S GARDEN)

Hey, it's on.  Afiya is happy to kick off 2014 with a 100% raw food diet, with the intent to realize some tremendous life goals.  It will require great focus, clear intention, hard work, flexibility, determination, and I am ready.
